Summary
Plate map
Group layout titled with the plate name. Controls are marked C, excluded wells are hatched.
Excel workbook (.xlsx)
Settings, plate map, field data, well data, group statistics and Prism-ready tables. Calculated columns, well totals, normalization and group stats are live Excel formulas, so changing the control group, QC minimum or an exclusion flag in Excel recalculates everything.
All plots
Every column, using the current control, error-bar and exclusion settings.
Prism
A .pzfx project with a Column table for every column (normalized and not normalized) and the group well lists in the project notes. The package adds Prism-ready CSVs, all plots (SVG + PNG) and the plate map in one zip.
